Gia McCloskey-Jurevich, N.P.
Gia is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She began her health career in 1998 as a Registered Nurse. Her journey into Functional Medicine was prompted by her diagnosis of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis in 2009. Traditional medicine lacked the tools to answer “why” she developed an autoimmune disease. Utilizing lifestyle interventions and discovering her own root causes, she has been able to minimize and reverse her symptoms. She will partner with you to discover the underlying root cause with a comprehensive investigation into your lifestyle and lab results, with an emphasis in gastrointestinal health, hormone balancing and auto-immune diseases. You will find her researching mind/body approaches to healing, Paleo recipes, playing with her goldendoodle Ollie or outside hiking, skiing and having fun with her family.
