About Omnia Health
At Omnia, our patients get results.
We believe you have the power to create your health. You CAN do it. You just need the right guidance.
Omnia’s unique approach provides the best of both worlds: a traditional medicine background with a functional medicine approach. We take all our training and experience – traditional medicine, functional medicine, and nutritional insights – and bring it all together. This is what makes us different – and this is why our patients get results. Working together as a team, we’ll guide you to achieve the health and vitality you deserve.
Omnia serves patients who live in metro Denver, throughout Colorado, and in many other states in the nation. Most of our patients come to us because they suffer from chronic illness. They’ve seen a long list of doctors and specialists – sometimes over the course of many years – and are frustrated with the lack of results. They’ve been relying on conventional medicine’s guessing game, and they regularly check with Doctor Google!
Our patients consistently report that traditional, conventional doctors offer prescriptions that treat symptoms but NOT the underlying illness.
Before coming to Omnia, many of our patients struggled with chronic illness. Their ongoing discomfort or pain interfered with their ability to feel happy and healthy. They saw multiple doctors and specialists, tried a buffet of diets and, most disturbing, were prescribed a medley of powerful medications. They report that some of these approaches might help for a while, but eventually symptoms would return to “normal.” Often, new symptoms would develop. Worse, no one seemed to listen to them or truly care about them.
“The good physician treats the disease. The great physician treats the patient who has the disease.”
– Sir William Osler
(Dr. Osler is one of the founders of Johns Hopkins Medicine and is considered the father of modern medicine)
What’s the REAL problem?
Understanding the importance of LIFESTYLE (especially nutrition) is a key difference between traditional, conventional medicine and the functional medicine approach. In fact, it’s surprising how often lifestyle factors are responsible for a chronic illness. Many of our patients are surprised to learn that the types of food they eat, their lack of sleep, their poor exercise habits, their sky-high stress – even their relationships – are driving their state of health.
Here’s what you’ll discover with Omnia Health…
Working in partnership with you, the Omnia team creates your personalized health plan. Your individualized, multi-faceted health plan addresses your lifestyle, underlying system dysfunction, nutritional deficiencies, and underlying biological system dysfunctions. Lifestyle factors often include nutrition, sleep, stress management, and systemic dysfunctions such as gastrointestinal (GI) tract, adrenal, and hormonal levels.
When you sign up for one of our programs, you’ll meet with Omnia team members for in-depth discussions about your health challenges and lifestyle factors. Working together, our shared goal is to get you to the level of health and vitality you deserve. Click HERE to learn more about our Essentials Program.
We treat patients with a wide variety of health issues and chronic illnesses.
Our foundational philosophy is that we treat the patient, not the disease. We find that many new patients have struggled with a wide variety of signs, symptoms, and chronic illness (often for many years). In fact, they frequently tell us they are frustrated and “at the end of their rope.”
At Omnia Health, we don’t treat diseases, we treat people. That said, our patients come to us with a variety of health challenges. To pinpoint the root cause, we start with a comprehensive health history, listen to your concerns, take a close look at lifestyle factors, and ask you to undergo laboratory testing. This insight enables us to create your personalized health plan – and help us guide you to improved health.
Examples of the types of health issues we treat include:
- Allergies including food allergies and sensitivities
- Alzheimer’s disease and dementia
- Autoimmune diseases including arthritis, Hashimoto’s disease, and multiple sclerosis (MS)
- Biotoxin illnesses (mold illness)
- Chronic reflux
- Coronary artery disease
- Fatigue and feeling “foggy”
- Headaches and migraines
- Gastrointestinal (GI) issues including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), small intestinal bacteria overgrowth (SIBO), and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
- Heavy-metals toxicity
- Metabolic diseases including Type 2 diabetes
- Weight management challenges
Instead of struggling with chronic illness, you may be an “optimizer.”
Many of our patients have adopted good habits to manage their nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress. These “optimizers” seek consultations with Dr. Jacqui, Gia (our nurse practitioner), and our health coaches. We can take your health to a new level, ensuring you’re on the right path.
